“I went there in a school trip and it was the worst days of my life. First of all the service is soo awful the staff treated us in a very mean and unprofessional way then we hid to do quad which what they’re known for we got into an accident and a girl lost her teeth and had to do a surgery and to our surprise there was no assurance and they even asked us to pay for the damage of the quad , it is located quite far from marrakech so it will be a travel from there to the city. Overall i dont recommend it”

“We got a nice room away from the street. When we asked for some extra sheets and towels, they gave it immediately. Very nice staff. Great place to spend the night. Swimming pool is big and nice, we even got some towels when they saw we were swimming. Nice restaurant as well.”

“Hotel staff are very friendly and the reception staff can speak English. We stayed in the Lux room with a kitchenette. Firstly it’s only a cupboard with a basin and fridge. No cutlery,plates, kettle or even a microwave wave. No coffee or tea making facilities. There is also no drinking water in the rooms. There is a restaurant at the gas station next door but with minimum service for breakfast and dinner only but this could be due to Ramadan. |Breakfast is served at this same restaurant and was sparse and felt like it was left overs from Iftar the night before. Bread, butter and watered down honey. |There was an option to have dinner served in the hotel garden but comes with a 40% surcharge. |The coffee in the restaurant was good. |The noise from other rooms carries through with us being able to hear the people below talking all night. |The bathroom was super compact. The shower is only big enough for smaller people😄 |There is a lot of noise from the road as well. |It was convenient location wise as there was an event close by. After some exploration of the area there are other options available.”

“I liked the location far from the noise of Marrakesh while close enough if you want to enjoy it. Close as well to Imlil or tajines of Ourika.|I liked as well the kindness and the attention of the staff especially Driss and Moussa.|The multicultural restaurant is simply amazing with the tastes of each meal as well the realistic prices.|The swimming pool was a nice gift to the kids. The furniture of appartement is modern, clean and comfortable. I will go back to enjoy it again and recommend it to my friends.|Watch out. Be clear whether breakfast is included or not in your reservation.”

“As a company, I made a booking with Appart Hotel Nzaha for 54 people. Mourad and Moussa were great and very supportive in the organisation of my excursion and stay in the High Atlas Mountains. The staff especially Moussa was absolutely brilliant in working with me to make sure everything was pre-arranged before my guest's arrival. It was great working with this establishment and I'd highly recommend a stay here. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful. A relaxing feel while staying here. My guests gave positive feedback and were pleased with their rooms and executing their evening lectures. I witnessed the great effort of the staff; ensuring the requests of the guests were met during their stay. ||Furthermore, the dinner and breakfast was of good standard and its locality is perfect for walking and close to local amenities such as a grocery/restaurant nearby!||Thank you so much for your great effort! see you next time!”

“Visited this place in February, Been served after over one hour and half ! Rude and unprofessional staff giving preference to their regulars ! Ordered two things got 4 ! ( I do speak fluent Moroccan ) Bread was dry and cold. Chips were dry, cold and burned ! We left 75% of the meal untouched on the table. To concluded, the shameless waiter accurately charge us for everything 300 DH You got me once never again”
