Gite du Lac

“We stayed two nights at Gite du Lac. The beds are a bit hard, but the rooms are very clean and the place is quaint. But the best part is the fabulous hospitality of the host family. It's listed as a bed and breakfast, but it would best be called a bed and banquet! Excellent food and plenty of it, be it for dinner or breakfast. The tagine has to be some of the very best in the country. Right near a beautiful lake and a price that is a fraction of many other places in this beautiful village nestled in the Atlas Mountains.”

“I stayed at Gite du Lac for 3 Nights. It was a great experience! The rooms and whole place is simple but clean and nice! The hoats, Achmed and Amira are really sweet and nice and they can help you with many things! There is breakfast and homemade Dinner that is very delicious and for a reasonable price (i think it was 255 MAD for 2 dinners and 3 breakfasts, not sure though if it‘s always the same)! It is a perfect place to start lots of hikes and just to hang out in the peacful valley”
