“I went to this place to get my nails done, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed. While the manager is kind and welcoming, the real issue lies with the staff. They gave me uncomfortable looks, as if they were forced to work and didn’t want me there. On top of that, the quality of service was very poor — my nails were not done properly, and I even had to guide the technician on how to do her job. For the same price, there are far better places in Kenitra that offer both professionalism and quality service. I would not recommend this salon.”

“VERY VERY horrible service. The manager of the store is the most disrespectful person I’ve come across in the beauty service industry in my life. My friends and I came back as our nails and toenails had started coming off only a mere two days after we got them done. We came back to get them fixed which they agreed to do over text. They claimed that we were shouting in front of the customers when we arrived and everyone could hear about their faults with our nails but this is not true and we dont have to whisper for their sake. After over twenty minutes of back and forth they gave us our money back instead of fixing our nails but this was not before the owner said rude things to us in front of everyone and said she “will never serve people from Europe again”.”
