Zellaka Hotel

“A good hotel for a night or two. It's a pity there's a water problem in the whole city; so the hotel is not to blame for the lack of water. 👍🏼 The couple's room was big with 4 beds in case there are kids. 👍🏼 The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. 👍🏼 The bathroom was nice, big and very clean 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼The electric water heater makes up for the lack of water by having a tank that allows for a quick shower or two. 👍🏼 There's a lift 👍🏼 The place is very quiet 👍🏼 There's an AC unit with a functional remote controller in every room. 👍🏼24/7 call answers and reception. Now, what really upset me was the little younger kid at the reception. 👎🏼 This reception kid was too young and he also was VERY RUDE and very patronizing. He needs to learn how to talk to customers, or even better be changed. We gave him our documents, of which he made copies, and then left them there for anybody to watch. 👎🏼 I was surprised when we got asked for a marriage certificate! Hotels all over Morocco don't do that anymore. It's not legally required. Lucky we always have ours with us. Over all the experience was very pleasant, I will definitely come back, but if that kid is disrespectful I wouldn't hesitate to call the manager.”

“I was about to get scammed with a Single Room for 200 MAD when it was a simple single one worth 150 (very disappointed, knowing that I was only staying for 10 hours, this is a tactic for when they realize you are not from Khourribga) .Also no soap in bathrooms, I even asked but they never sent it out… You guys can do better!”
