“Horrible experience , came with front tooth infection, couldn't even touch my tooth, they give anesthesia to both next teeth on right and left but not to the infected tooth ..I keep telling Dr I don't feel nothing, except do feel the tooth with infection, so she told me let's start and we will see ..ok ,I trusted.When she started to drill the pain was unbearable, I was so much in pain crying,and stopping her , on what she said : it's ok to feel the little of movements on the tooth .Are you seriously?!?!?! She quickly finished, I was traumatized! !!!!!! The tooth still hurt so I went to another Dr and they have to do rooth canal therapy for few months before putting filling. We are from US ,now living in Marakesh , have many relatives and friends and I do not recommend this clinic . And there prices is much higher too, with is not the problem at all , if the service was good . Unfortunately I'm traumatized for life .”

“Very bad service, what clinic doesn’t automatically provide all the documents that come with a scanner? You have to actually request your scanner image and wait 24h or more for it when it is normally given instantly in other clinics? Not to mention the exorbitant prices smh!!”

“I had dental implants with fillings and extraction of a wisdom tooth with Dr Ahlam Bouzoubaa and she did it all professionally within a fortnight before leaving Morocco (I only had 15 days left ) The entire treatment was very smooth and professional that I didn't feel any pain or discomfort post-surgery. “I went there last year wanting to have an implant. Since I already had a slight inflammation in that part of the gum, the doctor said we'll do an X-ray first and give antibiotics then in the next appointment we can discuss having the implant. Next time I am there I was assigned another doctor or intern (no idea) , when I asked him about the implant he told me he had no idea and I should ask the other doctor (no idea who) and told me to get the antibiotics prescription again from the reception. One of the ladies in the reception was extremely rude .I asked her to give me the prescription or simply the name written on a paper so I can give it to the pharmacist in the next building, she said in Arabic " well it is you who takes it so you are the one who is supposed to know" (because I already got the same antibiotics in the first appointment but I couldn't remember the exact name and dosage) . Later on she finally agreed to check her computer and told me the name and said take it for "X" days, I told her-politely- that the doctor told me another number of days , instead of trying to check with him how long exactly I should take the medicine for she again responded with: " well, you are the one who was inside with him so you know better" ... I guess you should look and dress a certain way to get attention and care from this facility.”
