“The place looks very nice from the outside, so assumed it would be a nice place to eat, how wrong we were! My wife had the T-bone steak and asked for it to be medium rare, the server did question this but she knows how she likes her steak cooked having eaten meat her entire life. I ordered the mixed kebab plate. Trying to get the attention of anyone in this place to ask for some more butter was a challenge. When they arrived with our food, both the rice and chips on mine and my wife’s plates were cold, ironically my wife’s steak was so over cooked it had lost all flavour. I couldn’t eat my meal but didn’t want to waste it, trying to get anyone’s attention to bring the bill and a takeaway box was harder than trying to get more butter. The guy opening the door had headphones in, another guy dressed in the same blue shirt only looked up from his phone once when another customer walked up to him but straight back to his screen. Needless to say, we won’t be going back, over priced and hugely under service”
