“It is definitely fair price for accommodation. Besides the pillows are super hard and the noise of cats, you can stay here for couple nights. The location is awesome, front desk staff are very nice. You can ask them for a hairdryer. If you have to check out early, they can prepare a simple breakfast box for you. Overall I will recommend this place for people who want to spend less money but still have certain quality to stay close Medina.”
“The staff were excellent. They helped us a lot, including booking trips and giving us recommendations. The breakfast balcony was pleasant, and the hotel was very close to Jemaa-el-Fnaa. The bedding wasn't particularly clean(fairly sure I could smell the last guest's odour on the pillows&blankets!).Would recommend staying during warmer months, as the radiator and A/C heating function were not working. Would also recommend sleeping earplugs, as cats tend to fight well into the night.”
“Just a 2-minute walk to the Fna Square! It’s located on a side street just a little away from the busy area, so it felt safe and not dangerous at all. The riad is old but very cute, and there’s a lantern in the room that gives it a stylish vibe at night when lit. The bathroom and toilet are shared, and although breakfast was served very carefully, it didn’t have much flavor. However, it was inexpensive, and the staff were incredibly kind. Since I had an early checkout and couldn’t eat breakfast, they packed me a light meal to take with me. In Japan, this kind of hospitality might be considered normal, but I was deeply touched to be treated so kindly abroad. It’s affordable, safe, close to the center, and the staff are so kind— a truly wonderful riad!”
“This hotel is just 250metres from Jenna el-fna market and within easy walking distance of the souks. Roos are basic and only a few have private bathrooms. Breakfast is ok and very limited. Bathroom needed some updating Reception staff very helpful and friendly”
“The service at reception was alright, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. After a rainy night, breakfast was served in a room that had a strange smell, and many tables were dirty and not prepared for guests. The room was what disappointed me the most. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom became wet, and because of poor ventilation, the towels never dried. However, the worst part was the bedbugs. After two nights, my body was completely covered in bedbug bites, which made the stay a very unpleasant experience. The location though is very good”
“Great hotel in fantastic location just off the main square tucked away in a very quiet side street. |Good communication during booking and arranged pick up from airport which was waiting for us after arrival.|Check in was easy too with a friendly welcome.|Rooms basic but clean and had Air con. |Bathroom was compact and basic.|Breakfast was inc this was a traditional breakfast and was nice.|Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.|Great value for money in a great location.”
