“This is a fantastic Riad in a great location! The not so good bit first - before arriving I requested a price for an airport pickup, they booked me one which I cancelled as it was three times the price I got elsewhere. They confirmed it had been cancelled so all was good. I arrived at the Riad but was told the taxi was waiting at the airport for us, I explained I had only requested a price but had cancelled the booking when it came through and showed this proof. The person on reception was then on the phone to the taxi driver for ages and mad emergency feel like it was my fault...not a great start. It would have been nice to tell us any useful info, map info or anything. The good bits - the room was fantastic, clean and quirky! We had a family room and it was a great size. The pool was great and nice relief from the heat. Breakfast was excellent and the presentation was very good! The staff were really nice with us. I would definitely recommend this Riad for anyone staying in central Marrakesh. 1min walk to where you can get taxis.”

“Absolutely stunning riad! Every corner of this property is beautiful, and each room is uniquely designed with its own Moroccan charm and character. The attention to detail throughout is incredible. What truly made our stay special was the staff, they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They allowed us to leave our bags there while we did a 3 day excursion into the desert. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Marrakech.”

“We stayed here for 3 or 4 nights and used it as our base to explore the Medina. Location was great, room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Decor was awesome and the shared courtyard is beautiful. Staff were all incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“I visited Riad Bindoo & Spa in July 2025 with a friend, and it’s one of those places that quietly steals your attention the moment you walk in. While we had a great time, it definitely feels like somewhere made for couples, very intimate, very romantic, the kind of place where time slows down a bit. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful. The architecture is stunning, with intricate details everywhere you look, and the central pool adds that calm, almost hypnotic atmosphere that makes you want to just sit and take it all in. It’s a proper little oasis tucked away from the chaos of Marrakech. The spa was fantastic, easily one of the highlights. Relaxing, well-run, and exactly what you need after navigating the Medina. The service throughout was also excellent, attentive without being over the top, and genuinely welcoming. All in all, a really lovely experience. Perfect if you’re after somewhere peaceful, romantic, and a bit special.”

“Overall nice riad, would love to recommend it but had a very unpleasant experience. Air conditioning unit in our apartment was broken, staff was very helpful but could not fix it. It was 30+ degrees at that time Management failed to respond to any of my 3 messages requesting a partial refund. Not even an informed response, nothing. Money is more important to them than taking responsibility or accountability. Very sad”

“Greed is never good for business. You may have as many rules as possible, but the main rule is treating people well and meeting them where they are. I let them know that I was not going to make it over a month in advance due to travel cancellation, but they chose not give the money back, although they can easily sell that room.”
