“We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Riad Charai: absolutely stunning accommodation, the lovely team were all attentive, friendly and helpful. Beautifully designed rooms, intricate woodwork and traditional furnishings and decor touches everywhere, spacious dining and relaxation spaces, gorgeous bathrooms. The traditional Moroccan style decor and furnishings made this feel like a very authentic local stay. We visited in February and loved hanging out by the open fires late into the evening after a day exploring the Medina. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed delicious tagine one evening too. Excellent location in a quieter part of the Medina, it was incredibly tranquil but only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the markets. Incredible value for money too. Thank you Riad Charai for an unforgettable stay in Marrakech ❤️”

“This is A beautiful Riyadh in the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful swimming pool and roof deck and breakfast is very good. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and they were very kind to secure some personal belongings we left behind and get them to us. Highly recommend this Riyadh. It is a good value and a great place to stay in Marrakesh to explore the Medina.”

“We had a couple of issues with our stay, might be that we were unlucky: - our room (Basilica) was not clean - we found hair in the bed at bedtime, as if the sheets were not changed from previous guests & the room was moldy (bathroom especially); - luckily the next day they offered us a good clean room, but it was not pleasant to pack again the luggage as you can imagine. They offered us a free dinner to compensate the disconfort but still overall unpleasant; - during breakfast they served it very slow or not at all - two days in a row - took them 45 minutes to even serve us coffee, water or tea / On our last day of stay we even left without having breakfast because they forgot about us; - the breakfast is not super nutritious (lots of breads, and only one omlette for 2 persons for example) and was not good to my taste;”
