“I have ordered from this store through Glovo several times over the past 2 years, and unfortunately every experience has been disappointing. I recently decided to give them another chance, hoping things had improved, but the same issues persist. Items that were important to me were out of stock, yet they were still listed as available in the app. No one contacted me to ask whether I wanted a replacement or an alternative brand. The picked items were often incorrect, and the quantities delivered did not match what I ordered. The fruits and vegetables were particularly poor. Some arrived moldy and completely inedible. It is unacceptable for produce in that condition to be selected and delivered to customers. Another issue is pricing. The prices displayed on Glovo do not accurately match what you actually end up paying according to the receipt. On top of that, Glovo refused to offer any solution which made the experience even more frustrating. Based on my repeated experiences, I would recommend ordering through Bringo instead. Since it is Carrefour's own app, they seem to pay much more attention to product selection, stock management, and overall order quality. Unfortunately, after several disappointing orders, I do not recommend this store through Glovo.”
