“Service was abysmal. Do they not do smiles in Marrakech? I watched a bartender mix a cocktail, realise there was more in the shaker than needed and down the excess himself directly from the shaker. He then made another cocktail from the same shaker without cleaning it. That was all the work I saw him do. He spent the rest of the time I was there sitting on the floor behind the bar picking his nose and playing on his phone. The atmosphere generally was unwelcoming and not in keeping with other places in the area where service seems more important. Avoid! Bad service. Bad attitude and overpriced for the location. Oh, and how about a napkin to go with the oil soaked garlic bread you give out as a tapas. I should add that I work as a manager in hospitality and understand that reviews are subjective. I don't do 2, 3 and 4 star reviews. I will only leave a review if I find a place to be truly excellent or truly awful. This was truly awful.”
