“We stopped here for lunch after being turned away from two other busy restaurants and it did not disappoint! The rooftop is nice with a view of the mountains. The service was a little slow but there are a lot of stairs to climb so it’s okay. I would recommend this place for sure!”
“Relaxing, delicious experience. We came here late one evening after a long day of walking the city. We were seated on the roof deck and greeted warmly. Our waiter was kind and with a big, easy smile. The food came out quickly and was exactly what we needed: the beef couscous was tender, piping hot and filling. The hummus was fresh and tasty. The desserts were subtle and sweet. Very pleased we ended up here!”
“This restaurant was very close to our hotel, and recommended by the front desk. There were familiar menu items, and some new ones. The flavors were similar, yet unique. This was a good meal, and the sizzle of meat added to the experience. There was a cool breeze on the terrace.”
“This is a friendly, beautiful place tucked behind the kasbah. My server was a friendly old man who literally never stopped smiling and saying kind things. The food was very good and I would give five stars were it not so expensive. I had a decent sized (but not huge) lunch for about $35usd. Yes the same thing would’ve been more in Europe or the US, but at the same time I probably could’ve left the tourist neighborhood and had the same meal for $5-10. If you want a beautiful atmosphere, good food, and friendly service, I still recommend this place just note the prices first!”
“The food was great! We had the beef tagine with the chicken couscous, finishing with the pancake layered with syrup & almond dessert. Though the doors of the toilets on the terrace don’t close completely, so use the ones on the ground floor.”
“I’ve had dinner here and it has been an unforgettable experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the food tasted delicious, and then what about the view of the mosque? We were speechless, we spent an amazing evening and we’ll be back for sure”
