“Our night at La Boheme Agafay Marrakesh was nothing short of unforgettable. We visited as a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and it turned into one of the best nights we’ve ever had. The atmosphere was magical — a blend of desert serenity and vibrant celebration that felt straight out of a dream. The staff were incredibly friendly and wonderfully attentive, making us feel welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. The show was absolutely spectacular, full of energy, colour, and talent that kept us captivated throughout the evening. The party vibe was electric, the kind that pulls you in and makes you forget about everything except the joy of the moment. And the food — succulent, flavourful, and beautifully presented — was the perfect finishing touch to an already extraordinary night. La Boheme didn’t just host our celebration; it elevated it. A truly remarkable experience we’ll cherish for a long time.”

“It is one of those money syphons as others mentioned in their reviews. Everything is overpriced. Whilst waiting for the dinner, numerous waiters walked around us without asking for an order; ended up to going to the bar myself and carrying several drinks. We had to wait 45mins for a bottle of water to arrive at the dinner; 75mins for the starters and nearly 2hrs for the mains. Despite asking nicely to bring it earlier as we have two little kids. The show was very nice though. The food was tasty but nothing extraordinary.”

“The camp itself is 5 stars for atmosphere, but I cannot recommend the camel trek. For a luxury establishment, the animal welfare standards are surprisingly poor. They run 9-camel "trains" managed by only one guide. This is a major safety risk—one camel came completely untethered mid-trek and the guide didn't even notice for some time because the line was so long. ​The treatment and rigging are the most concerning parts: ​ -- Tethers are only about 10 inches long (see Pic 1 & 2). This forces the camels to be "towed" by their necks uphill with no room for balance. I witnessed a violent "neck jerk" when one camel stood up while still tightly tied to a sitting animal. ​ -- I saw a handler repeatedly kick a camel to force it to stand. They also use their feet to pin the camels' legs down during mounting (see Pic 3), which is crude and unprofessional. ​ -- They use thin rope girths (belly straps) directly against freshly molted skin. Without padding, this causes painful friction burns on their tender skin. ​If you value ethical tourism, avoid the trek here until they switch to smaller groups (max 5), longer tethers (min 3ft/1 meter), and padded equipment. I have reported these specific mechanical and handling issues to management and SPANA.”

“Amazing dinner under the stars. Our team, a group of 40 people organized an event under the sky in the desert where we enjoyed authentic Moroccan dinner with a traditional dance and fireworks. Outstanding in all aspects. Very friendly people, tasty food, great atmosphere and that’s it.”

“I highly recommend this place — they literally have everything you can imagine! ✨ Great food, fun entertainment, and a really beautiful setting. On top of that, they offer so many activities: buggy in the desert, camel rides, off-road experiences, hot air balloons, and more. They even have a hotel if you want to stay overnight. I went mainly for the activities (buggy and camel) and to eat, and it was so much fun. The prices are good, it’s super close to Marrakech, yet you feel completely transported. You get the best views of the Agafay desert and amazing spots for photos. 📸 Perfect for a day trip 100% worth it!”
