“Lovely rooftop restaurant in the Medina serving Italian food. My burrata with tomatoes was light and creamy, and the carpaccio simply melted in my mouth. My dining companions were equally happy with their choices, and portions were perfect. Service was a little harried as the place was extremely busy, but it was friendly and unobtrusive. The muralist was painting an exquisite landscape on the second floor. A good choice for a meal!”
“Nice rooftop terrace place in the Medina for coffee and lunch. Crowded but not pressured. Nice mix of locals and a lot of tourists. Reservation is not a necessity but recommend before you walk the stairs to the 3th and 4th floor.”
“Everything was great, just marked atmosphere down slightly as the football was being shown which I didn’t know at the time of booking as probably would have gone somewhere else. Dining on my own, didn’t feel awkward at all, all staff friendly. Didn’t feel rushed out like sometimes you are when on your own.”
“Visited twice, once for a daytime glass of wine, once for dinner. The atmosphere is chill and the view is quite pleasant. This is definitely not a place for the locals. This place gets super busy. They do take reservations. That being said, the staff are all hustling but could be more attentive. Once you do place an order, drinks and food do arrive quickly. Complimentary olives and bread sticks are a nice bonus. I ordered the pizza with anchovies, capers and olives. Pizza is served with chili oil. Where has that been all my life? Yum. I would like to add, I never felt rushed and witnessed each visit people playing cards for an extended time.”
“The setting when eating on the rooftop is very unique, it’s like being on a film set. We shared a pizza and chips which were very nice. The the pizza was very authentic and cooked in a proper pizza oven. The main negative during our visit was the attitude of the staff, we weren’t made to feel welcome at all.”
“Mixed bag. We went twice. First time was a great vibe, although the service was slow, it was friendly. The pizza was poor but the buratta was delicious. Second time, there was no service as the staff were watching the football (Norway vs Ivory Coast). Many groups decided to leave because the football commentary was so loud and was annoying. We were going to have dinner there but decided to go to Dar Dar instead. Disappointed with the second visit and wouldn't bother going again.”
