“I’ve been coming to this restaurant every time I visit Marrakech, and it has always been one of my absolute favorites, the service, the food, the atmosphere, everything has consistently been excellent. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. We made our reservation a week in advance, really looking forward to our last night in the city. However, when we arrived, we were led to a dirty table right on the roadside. It was extremely uncomfortable, every time a waiter passed by with a tray, it nearly hit my husband’s head. I politely asked if it would be possible to move to another table, or even wait at the bar until something became available. Instead of offering any solution or showing flexibility, we were simply told “no,” followed by an indifferent “as you like,” as the staff member walked away. As someone who manages a restaurant and handles reservations, I understand how these things work, but I also know the importance of taking care of loyal guests and honoring advance bookings. There was no effort to accommodate us, no alternative, and no sense of hospitality in that moment. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special last evening. We ended up leaving and went to another restaurant, where we were welcomed without a reservation, seated comfortably, and even offered a better table when one became available. The difference in service and overall experience was striking, and the food was even better. It’s really unfortunate, because I genuinely loved this place. But after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.”

“The food was so-so. The waiter didn’t understand the order very well, so we had to wait. The salad was good, but some of the leaves were a bit old. My friend ordered the beef medium, but it was quite raw. My dish, however, was good. The dessert was decent. After reading the reviews saying it’s not a place with excellent food, I tend to agree. It’s not the best food, but it’s okay—though rather overpriced. The view isn’t that spectacular, and you don’t really get a great sunset. It has a terrace or looks like a rooftop, but it’s not actually outdoors. It’s enclosed in glass and also has a ceiling.”

“Absolutely amazing experience. The food is great and varied, there’s something for everyone. The staff is very professional, from the security person downstairs to the hostess and the server. The kitchen was extremely fast although the restaurant was pretty packed. The servers were a delight and they took good care of us. The hostess was a very friendly and polite lady. The restaurant is clean and modern and the music was good which is rare given the electronic music craze in the area. Very classy, will definitely be coming back. Keep it up!”
