Mr Toast

“I ordered a Toast with avocado & shrimps with a milkshake and they were mediocre. The toast did not have any taste it was plane. Avocado and Shrimp usually have a strong taste that should be noticed on any dish but on this toast it was not as expected. The milkshake was also normal and does not deserve its price. My experience at Mr Toast was unpleasant. When my order arrived I noticed that the Milkshake was extremely small for the price i paid for it. I send the shop a message with a picture of the milkshake to see if that was the actual size or if they have made a mistake. The shop answered me two hours later in a very disrespectful way. They said that we did make a mistake but ´ONLY ON THE SIZE ´ of the milkshake. I had to read this part numerous times just to wrap my head around this statement because in my books if they made a mistake they should assume it and handle the consequences. But they did not stop there, they also said that they deplore that I went to Glovo customer service and ask for a refund while it was Glovo who suggested that they will give me a refund because what i ordered was not what I received. The store also commented on the fact that I gave them a dislike in Glovo because of a mistake they made! Adding insult to injury, i sent a message to the store before sending anything to Glovo and the store answered 2 hours later at 5 am saying that we answered your request even if you sent it late at night. My experience at Mr Toast was not good at all and i would not suggest it to anyone I know. The food nor the service were good.”
