“Everything was top notch! We went here a couple of times during our stay and everything from the food to the service was perfect every time. The attention to detail is truly what makes this restaurant stand out, highly recommend!”
“I had a wonderful dining experience at Quattro, the Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Marrakech. As it was my final evening in Marrakech and I was staying at the hotel, I preferred not to go out and instead enjoy a relaxed dinner on property especially after a spa day, when you feel pleasantly tired and simply want a calm, elegant evening. Quattro was the perfect choice for that. I ordered grilled fish, fritto misto, and beef steak with mashed potatoes all beautifully prepared. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes were exceptionally flavorful with a delicate truffle touch. The grilled fish was excellent, the fritto misto was light and crisp, and the tiramisu truly stood out: fresh, light, and perfectly balanced. The service elevated the entire experience. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and refined, making the evening even more enjoyable. If you are staying at the hotel, especially after a spa visit or a long day, Quattro offers the perfect fine dining atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable evening. Highly recommended🌟
“Price was 790 MAD for Ramadan ftour buffet in 2026 at Quattro restaurant. Opening was 6:30 pm. The atmosphere was ok. The food choice is large from sushi to Asian. Italian. Morrocan Tajines. Grill curries. The food quality was good. The service is perfect. 2 years ago was a fantastic singer. This year was just 2 morrocan style players. There is an outside terrace as well. We really enjoyed our evening. It was a great buffet. Just too bad they did not keep the singer the atmosphere was much better.”
“Food awful. Scallops swimming in a stewy gravy. Stewy (smelling!) Ragu. But the service is what set this restaurant apart. When I told them that the first course was not good, they thanked me! Tables left uncleaned and a puddle of water on the floor from the moment we arrived until we left, despite drawing the matter to the waiters attention. Absolutely shocking. Come on Four Seasons is this the best you can do?”
“Seeking a high-end dinner for our Moroccan Thanksgiving, we opted for dinner at Quattro. Although staying off property, I selected this restaurant due to its vegan menu — my mom and I are vegan and gluten free. We sat outside and were quickly accommodated — from a request for a heater to custom dishes. We ultimately started our dinner with Moroccan mint tea, followed by a larger-sized version of the Orto Affumicato salad, and ending the dinner with the grilled cauliflower steak dish and asparagus risotto. The restaurant also provided us with gluten free bread on request. Yum. Each dish was top-notch: the beautiful salad upped the ante with the bed of hummus, the butter bean cauliflower was melt in your mouth delicious, and the risotto was perfectly executed. My mom asked for a side of roasted potatoes too, and the manager easily made it happen. Although we opted away from dessert (the manager kindly offered us sorbet on the house), we were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail, scenery, and menu selections. The Four Seasons can do no wrong!”
“The service here is outstanding. Not to mention the amazing atmosphere of the restaurant itself and the outdoor seating area. The food was absolutely gorgeous and tasted even better then it looked. It was so good we went back for a second time. Worth every minute spent at the restaurant.”
