“The staff are nice , but they should work on the hygiene better, if I pay ~400 for a pedicure I expect the tools to be either new and opened in front of my eyes, or sterilized. Also, they dont have a dedicated pedicure station, so they use the same water for your feet from start to finish! In summary, i think its overpriced vs the service that you get.”

“I dont recommend I did my lash extension there, wasted 600dh so that they all fall exactly 5 days later! Not to mention that my eyes stayed red, swollen and hurting me for 2 days straight”

“★☆☆☆☆ Worst Hair Brushing Experience Ever I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be said. I went to this salon after seeing it mentioned by a famous singer on social media, and I honestly have no idea what the hype is about. The hair brushing service was absolutely terrible — rough, rushed, and clearly done without any care. I left feeling worse than when I walked in. To make matters worse, the woman attending me didn’t even offer a glass of water. Not even basic hospitality. The whole place felt unwelcoming and indifferent. It’s baffling how such poor service can get so much attention online. Definitely not worth it — I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.”

“I had a mani pedi and waxing, the esthetician Sarah was great, comprehensive and provided a really good service. My daughter had a haircut and blow dry + a mani (they offer a special one for kids), she loved it and can't wait to go back.”

“I have been going to this saloon for now about year, everything is great. Mani, pedi, haircare, and even hammam is amazing. highly recommend, but try booking in advance, because last minute can be tricky!”

“The Ladies were nice and Welcoming . I had high hopes for this place , but i was disappointed. Got my nails and Tanino treatment done . My nails got chipped the following day ! I won’t recommend their Tanino treatment either , especially if you have thick hair . The lady kept talking on and on and on about how great it is , but it ended up being a huge disappointment. I was left with flyaways after washing my hair ( This is not supposed to happen ) . It didn’t smooth my hair the way it supposed to . All in All it was a waste of money ( and they did charge a lot ) ! I was asked to go back to the salon so that they can fix it , but i was skeptical and refused to apply any more product to my hair as it can be damaging .”
