“It’s an average salon with professional advertisement and setup. Went here to get hammam spa, wax, hair and nails. Spa wasn’t available. Started with waxing, prices are reasonable and the lady was very nice as well. Next up was haircut, the washbasins are extremely uncomfortable, I felt like my neck was gonna break and they are using shampoos full of fragrances. The salon is only clean on surface and they don’t practice hygiene in handling products at ALL! Towels? using from one customer to other, the hairbrushes, I think they don’t wash them at all. Like all the hair brushes had so much buildup and the lady just removed some hairs and said this is how we use it and it was so disappointing as a practice in such big professional salon. The lady was nice and did her job in cutting. She wasn’t able to give me much options with my hair style. I would have give 5 as the staff is accommodating but hygiene is definitely very poor.”
