“We, that is to say our entire family, rented the riad for four days completely to ourselves. The riad is very beautiful, an oasis of calm in bustling Marrakesh. The roof terrace is perfect for chilling out. The staff on site were very friendly and provided excellent service. A few parts of the bathroom fittings need to be repaired, but this did not detract from our stay. We can recommend the dinner option. The food was delicious and very convenient, especially when arriving on the first evening. We recommend using the transfer service provided to get there, as the riad can be difficult to find otherwise.”

“This would be a wonderful stay during the spring or summer. We brought a group to have a luxury experience during early December. Moad was incredibly helpful and professional, and worked hard to repair the issues immediately. But most of our students were not able to take warm or hot showers, and the jacuzzi was either scalding or not warm enough or out of propane. We understand that resources are scarce, but I think the bare minimum expectation for a 5-star hotel is at least a pleasant, warm shower. We made the decision to book based on many 5-star reviews. We wanted something luxurious but also down to earth. Now that I read past reviews more carefully, I realize we are not the only ones who have had bad experiences during the winter time. Our experiences matched what we’ve read from other reviews during the winter. The staff worked hard. Our meals were amazing and lovely. Language barrier was difficult, as many requests were misunderstood and some not followed through on. It would have been nice to be told that the jacuzzi is heated on propane, so we can adjust our expectations. I would have been happy to set a 3-hour time for jacuzzi and let our students know so they can arrange their time. Instead, because it took 4-hours to heat, we asked it to be heated for 10-hours a day, so our students could come and go at their leisure. This depleted the propane and when we finally went to use it, there was none left. Ownership should certainly update their promotions to accurately reflect expectations during the winter time.”

“I'm currently staying here and am very happy so far. The Riad organised a transfer at the airport which was very helpful and we had dinner ready for us on arrival. That meal was excellent, I would highly recommend it if you are arriving on a late flight! The rooms are nice and spacious and most importantly very clean. The bed clothes are made up each day with fresh towels supplied. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying in Morocco! Also, it has a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner.”
