“Trying a basic Moroccan hammam takes a little courage. The people that worked there were nice. They assign a person to take you through your scrub. Other Moroccans inside gave small advice what to do. In a very cool neighborhood. 4.4 stars”

“The prices are what others said. We were also asked 5 dirams for each bag. The ladies were happy to show us around and give directions. We ended up going for the "gomage" and it was lovely. My skin feels so good. Now back in my country wishing we had such places to go and hang out with other women. Obviously photos inside aren't allowed.”

“Real hammam for local residents, and they also welcome visitors. I had a blissful experience yesterday evening; amongst the other women doing their own scrubs and ablutions, my *extra* 50 MAD allowed me my own attendant to scrub, bathe and shampoo my hair. All the women were kind and it was a precious reminder of our shared humanity. No technology in the world can replace the beauty of that. It’s only important to understand in advance what to expect, so read the other reviews. Entry is 12 MAD, then your choice whether to have an attendant.”

“Authentic as it gets. Only locals and me. 12 to get in, 50 for wash (felt more like a massage). They store you bags safe and are very nice to newcomers.”

“First hammam experience - felt very authentic! 12dhms entrance fee and optional 50dhms scrub. Bring your own scrub glove and soap. You go in in your pants only, 3 diff rooms of different temperatures. No English spoken but the women were very helpful in showing me what to do! They hold your bag for you, no extra cost.”
