“Worst experience ever. They were extremely rough on my skin, to the point where it felt more painful than relaxing. The staff refused to accept card payment, which caused unnecessary delays and wasted my time. The atmosphere was far from calming or pleasant—it completely ruined the vibe. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.”

“I made an appointment by WhatsApp which was good, quick communication in french, but when I arrived nobody spoke enough french to confirm, and weren't expecting me. Still, I showed the messages and was seen quickly. The hammam and massage were good for people who like strong pressure and scrubbing, but I had to keep asking for it more gentle, especially on my head as I was a bit scared of being hurt. The ladies were nice and overall it is a nice hammam”

“The mould situation is out of control I feel sorry for that situation, but this can not be open for the public. Specially if you have asma or allergy definitely to avoid! Reception and relaxing area was completely black and smell so bad. The towels I have been given also were smelling bad. The chair in the salon was broken and they were you using a small beautician chair for the customer what was not comfy for me and for the hairdresser. I normally go to latifa and the royal and signature package normally include a drink, but i had to pay for water! The girls are nice and the VIP room is big and good enough but i want go again for that mold situation”

“This was the worst experience ever in my life I wish they could put in more work . , a lot of kids , they kept playing around and their heads were super full of lice ,loud noises that distracts me I couldn't relax , the spa lady was super offensive, they take my place whenever I get up it gets dirty , this will be the first and last time I will come to this Turkish , they put more then four people in a spa room , I expected more from this for the price I payed , the level of the spa is super low , the hmam beldi is more better then it 0”
