“I visit this café quite often, and most of the time it's pleasantly quiet, which is something I really enjoy. This time, however, it was very busy and packed with customers, and I was genuinely impressed by how professional and organized the staff remained despite the rush. The fish crêpe was absolutely delicious, the juices were fresh and flavorful, and the service was outstanding. A special shout-out to Khalid, who was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.”

“Today I decided to replace my usual breakfast at Cappuccino with La Cassia. I had been there once before, so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was the worst breakfast experience I’ve had. The waiter had difficulty understanding what we were saying. I understand that not everyone speaks English, and I don’t speak French or Arabic either, but in many other places the staff use a translator to communicate with customers. The bread was dry, the sausage and eggs were cold, and my order arrived incorrectly. People should respect their customers when they visit their establishment. I don’t mind paying more for good food and good service, which is why I usually choose quality places. Unfortunately, some businesses simply do not care about their customers’ well-being. I am not a tourist—I live here—and the difference in treatment toward non-Moroccans is quite noticeable. It’s a real shame.”

“A prayer room is available, which is great for those who need it. The service is generally good, though I noticed that when you're in a large group, it can take a bit of time before you are served. It would be helpful if they could streamline that process a bit more for larger parties. One thing to note is that they don't have a large selection of steak, so if that's a key part of your meal, it's worth being aware of beforehand. Additionally, the mashed potatoes could use a bit more seasoning to elevate the flavor. On the positive side, the mojito drink was absolutely delicious – refreshing and well-made! Overall, it's a good experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved for a smoother dining experience. February, Saturday early afternoon”
