“Very nice hotel in a very calm place far from city noise. People here are very kind and gentle.”
“We stayed here as a family from the Netherlands and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is a lovely and peaceful place with light Spanish influences, creating a pleasant atmosphere and a real holiday feeling. Everything was well taken care of, and we had a wonderful experience. A special thanks goes to the reception, especially Yessin and Al3arb, for their hospitality and kindness. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend Hôtel Mandy to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay near Tétouan.”
“Firstly this in only suitable if you have your own transport, it is in the middle of nowhere so you can;t just walk out and find a cafe to have a coffee etc. The restaurant is very expensive with a set menu being 150dh for three courses. Breakfast was included in the rate we paid and was freshly made for us every day over the four days we stayed each day was different. (I think when they are busy there is a buffet but it was quiet when we were there)||The double rooms are really nice with balconies where you can sit outside. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds comfortable and clean. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and sheets were changed every second day.||Being off season we did not use the pool and it seemed they were gearing up for the season with the gardens being cleaned up and repairs in the pool area.||Being in the country you also have roosters crowing in the mornings :-)”
“It's a 3 star hotel so don't expect much. Breakfast was the same everyday. ( we were there for 1 week). Good for friends and groups holiday cause the poolside bar was open everyday till 12.30am with loud music.”
“I was in hotel Mandy last week and when we came there it was really pretty and stuff also our room it had a tv a couch but I also had some downs which also includes the room, the room had no quilt but only some blankets never trust the blankets I got a brown one and thankfully I didn’t use it but my little brother did and got many red dots on his body that itched he was also on the top of their bunk bed and got infected by some wall bugs and bed bugs, there is a lot of noice from that the outside and inside from the air conditioning every 20 minutes it was still very cold, they don’t even have options for breakfast they just give you it’s good traditional food but we had to waste a bit because we couldn’t get the options. I wouldn’t recommend this for children it has a little playground outside the dining area and a pool but it wouldn’t be recommend for children in winter i think it would’ve been better summer this is also okay for a 3 star hotel”
“This was the worst experience in my life since I came to Morocco. 😡 The doorman was rude to us for no reason, the bar usually closes at 2 am, but he didn’t let us enter at 12:20 am. Saying that they close the door at 12:15 am. He was super disrespectful, uneducated, and racist. While waiting in front of the door, I could see that he opened the door to another car that actually gave him a cash tip. Since when was it entering bars in Morocco requiring tips at the front door? If he only made it clear, I all be happy to give him some cash as a tip. After a few minutes, I changed my mind and wanted to book a room and start for the night. the receptionist came out to the door telling us that the hotel was fully booked without even checking the system; he didn’t even bother to talk politely and give us some time or show us some respect. Very unprofessional, disrespectful staff. I was about to call the police and file a lawsuit for this kind of racism. This is unacceptable!!!”
