“Be careful when ordering from this store, especially online. I'm not commenting on the quality of their products, but their customer service and treatment is among the worst I've experienced. First, they take a very long time to reply, and when they do, they often don't even read your messages. For example, I repeatedly asked for a blue item, but they still sent me a pink one. When I requested an exchange, they refused, even though their sizing doesn't match standard market sizes. Their "L" fits more like a European S or M. I even showed them a side by side comparison between a genuine size L and the item they sent me, clearly demonstrating the difference, but they didn't care. Instead, they insisted that I had chosen the size myself and basically made it clear that once they had received the money, it was no longer their problem. I ordered multiple products, but after they received my payment, they became unresponsive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. In my experience, they care more about making the sale than providing proper customer service afterward. Don't be misled by their Instagram marketing. My experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend ordering from them.”
