“Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and showed a clear lack of professionalism and manners. Hospitality was practically nonexistent, and the room service was disastrous. On top of that, the bed covers were dusty which triggered my dust allergy. Highly unsatisfactory overall.”
“Hotel is good for relaxing and quiet but need more stylish look in the rooms.”
“Terrible experience made in advance full payment include all taxes and charges on booking.com and according statement booking then then was demanded to pay additional 40 dirham taxes on leaving by very unpleasant female receptionist who made no effort to understand just demanded money”
“I booked a room with two twin beds but selected only one guest during the reservation process, as there is breakfast or any additional services. I’ve always considered the number of beds a reasonable indicator of occupancy—a practice widely accepted by many hotels. However, this hotel exploited that detail and charged me an additional fee upon arrival, claiming I should have booked for two guests. The frustrating part is that the room rate would have been exactly the same even if I had selected two guests instead of one, which makes the added charge completely unjustified. Instead of showing flexibility or understanding, they insisted on applying the fee, even though no extra services were provided. Some hotels genuinely try to support their guests, while others look for any excuse to add hidden fees. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience I won’t repeat. Additional note for Arab and Muslim travelers: this hotel does not have a bidet sprayer (shattaf) in the bathroom.”
“This guy is legend bartender I hang out with him all night at the bar. He’s so friendly cool people great attitude i recommend everybody to go see Abdel Kader great personality the hotel service. It was good but the night time front desk guy he was very rude and unprofessional.”
“Very disappointing stay. The food was mediocre — the eggs tasted like they'd been sitting out forever. Loud music from the bar kept playing until 4 a.m., I couldn’t sleep at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.”
