“During my stay at Hotel Plaisance in Meknes, on the occasion of attending the 10th edition of the International Agricultural Fair, I had a truly remarkable experience—especially when it comes to the food. Having visited several classified hotels across Morocco, I can honestly say that I have rarely encountered such an exceptional level of taste and culinary care. Every meal reflected genuine attention to flavor, detail, and quality, creating a rich and memorable dining experience. Equally impressive was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you goes to the head chef for the outstanding culinary experience throughout the entire week. Her work truly stood out and added a unique touch to my stay. I would also like to extend a special appreciation to the young, cheerful manager who is constantly present, dedicated, and genuinely committed to guests’ comfort. He never hesitates to assist, always ensuring that every need is met with care and efficiency—his energy and dedication truly make a difference. As a traditional 3-star hotel, there may be a few minor aspects that could be improved in the rooms, but they are far from essential and do not affect the overall experience. In fact, the quality of service and the warmth of communication easily outweigh any small remarks. Overall, a wonderful stay where great service makes everything else secondary.”

“We stayed here for a few days after a flight from Stansted to Fez. Excellent location , and clean presentable rooms. We were spoilt for breakfast , and the pool looked inviting although October isn't the swimming season we like ! M. Belrhite at Reception was very kind and helpful. All in all , it was a Plaisance experience ! Merci .”
