“Worst experience ever in this Marjane. I came from out of country just to see how rude and disrespectful this store is. The security team of the entry and exit is horrible. The security near the ISTIKBAL. I’ve went inside that store and I left my cart with all my belongings outside of that store. Just to come back seeing that the security team took my cart and all my bags. Very disappointing and rude. The lady of ISTIKBAL talked to the security team and she was really mad because the security team is being rude to customers and making them leave. Please talk to your security team before I HANDLE this situation myself. This wouldn’t be a good look if you don’t solve this. Trust me”
“Excellent supermarket with a massive selection of fresh produce, household goods, and local Moroccan products. The aisles are well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need quickly. The bakery section is a highlight with fresh bread daily. Checkout lines can get a bit long during peak hours, but the overall convenience and variety make it my go-to store in the city. Highly recommended for daily shopping.

“More than 40% on Sport equipment in the pictures. Big Marjane with books 📚 at the entrance! Then Sport equipment afterwards. Deserves a check for discounts on products not intended for big longevity: try, use and move on to another one more resilient and more practical which is of course not on discount.”
“This place is always crowded in the evening and the administration is not really taking any measures to reduce waiting time. I noticed there is no cashier with less then 10 items. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to pay for a bottle of water but couldn't get it and had to leave it and leave without it. What makes matter worse was that the cashier was so slow; one customer had to cancel an item and she waited for the manager to come which took more time. At one point she needed change and had to leave the till to get it .....It is high time yoi introduced automatic boots for payments. I could have easily scanned, payed by card and left. Do better!”
“Bad service in Marjane especially when paying. The workers in this center should not throw away customers’ belongings. We notice bad treatment. They throw items in front of customers when they pass by the payment computer in a rude manner. They do not help customers collect their items and do not welcome or smile when completing the purchase process as if you are taking it for free. This observation was made on several visits I made for shopping, especially since I pay 2000 dirhams for each visit. This problem that we have begun to see in Marjane must be solved. تجربة جد سيئة للاسف زيادة على الأوساخ في كل مكان”
“I had the worst experience at Marjane Meknes. There is absolutely no respect from the employees towards the customers. One employee came directly to the checkout, took an item from a customer, and proceeded to pay while four of us were waiting in line before her. He did not even offer an apology; on the contrary, he asked her to apologize because she was waiting for her turn. I truly do not understand this behavior. I hope the management of Marjane will take action regarding such incidents, as respecting customers is the foundation of success. As for me, I will not repeat my experience at Marjane stores. Thank you for your understanding.”
