“The worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager, who eventually came to address the issue, seemed to lack fundamental knowledge and basic customer service recovery protocols. In fact, she was the source of the problem. It was apparent that the so called manager may not have received adequate training for the role, leading to confusion and an inability to resolve the situation efficiently or professionally.”
“Worst experience ever in a restaurant, never eat in such place, i ordered a carbonara, that came out dry with few straps of low quality ham, I asked for some sauce, and they added a tomato sauce made with rotten ingredients, i asked for it to be took back and replaced. They didnt, said that the manager tasted it and found no problem in how it was. I ended up paying it price for nothing. Not recommended.
