“The spa itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing because the staff wasn’t very welcoming or attentive. The spa was also quite cold, which made it less comfortable. The package I booked included a mekhmaria massage, but instead of receiving the massage, I was only given the mekhmaria without any massage. It was disappointing, especially since it was part of the package I paid for. Honestly, I enjoyed the hammam downstairs far more than the spa—it was a much better experience. I hope the service improves because the place has great potential.”
