“L'ATTENTION - JE DEVENAIT ICI COCU! J'ai utilisé le DAB, mais le processus interrompu sans donné l'argent. Mais après cela l'argent a été pris de mon compte. Les lettres, les e-mails et les Fax à la banque sont restés sans réponse, donc je suppose que ce n'était pas un problème technial. ATTENTION - I WAS CHEATED HERE! I used the tellermachine, but the process interrupted without given the cash. But after that the money was taken from my account. Letters, Emails and Faxes to the bank stayed without answer, so I assume that this was not an technial problem. ACHTUNG - ICH WURDE HIER BETROGEN! Die Auszahlung am Bankautomaten wurde ohne Auszahlung abgebrochen, aber die Summe vom Konto abgebucht. Alle Reklamationen blieben unbeantwortet. Ich vermute daher mehr als nur einen technischen Defekt.”

“خدمات جد رديئة وأعوان يجب إعادة النظر في تكوينهم هل يعقل أن يتم دفع مبلغ معين في حساب الشخص المعني بالأمر وبعد مرور أسبوع يطالب هذا العون الزبون بأنه قد دفع مبلغ أقل متحججا بالرجوع الى الآلة الحاسبة والتي حسبت مبلغ أقل مما أعطاه الزبون؟؟ وفي الأخير يعترف العون أنه قد أخطأ .. خلاصة القول التسيير في هذه الوكالة بالضبط يجب إعادة النظر فيه من طرف المسؤولين”
