“😊: The owner Lotfi is amazing, nothing is too much trouble, directing me where the car is to be parked until he could park it in a secure location. I was a bit concerned before arrival about the car parking - DON’T as Lotfi has it all in hand. You get an amazingly large breakfast with all you need to set you up for the day. The location is perfect, right in the media with plenty of shopping experiences. The street where the hotel is has got dozens of jewellery shops - so much choice. Lotfi’s does speak some English but his daughter speaks excellent English and just like her father nothing is too much trouble. Excellent WIFI. Thank you. 😢: Absolutely nothing..”

“A flawless hotel. The owner is very generous and really wants to meet the wishes of his clients. He even offered to drive my family to the airport at 5 am without us having to ask. And you receive breakfast in the middle of the night if you want. Besides that the rooms are very clean and the food is great. Fair prices. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won't find a better place than this ;) ❤️🙏”

“An excellent hotel in Oujda, probably the best in town. Not only the location is super inside the Medina, and the rooms are wide and comfortable (more like a small apartment), the breakfast is the best we had during our 3 months stay in the country and the price is very reasonable. But above all, it is Lutfi, the owner who makes the big difference. He will come to pick you up whether you arrive by train, plane or taxi. He will take you for a walk in the old city and show you the best place to have dinner and he will constantly bring you food to eat and shakes to drink. This gentleman is just amazing. Highly, highly recommended!!”
