“This accounting firm is extremely unprofessional. They are very good at one thing only: taking your money. Before you pay, they suddenly have time for you — they listen, respond quickly, and make everything seem smooth. Once they get paid and it’s time to actually start working? Good luck getting in touch with them. Communication becomes almost impossible. The worst part: I was given an appointment, showed up on time, and was told “sorry, she’s late, you can leave and we’ll call you when she’s back.” They never called. Not the same day, not the next. I had to call a day later to ask what was going on — and when the accountant finally answered, she was sharp, rude, and unapologetic. No apology for wasting my time, no accountability, nothing. On top of that, I had already wasted an entire month trying to get in touch with them. This is not how you treat clients, especially when people are trusting you with their finances and paying for a professional service. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. There are far better accountants out there who actually respect your time, money, and basic professionalism.”
