“No food available at 6pm despite “all the day brunch” then gave me a disgusting matcha that I returned after 1 sip as MATCHA POWDER kept coming up the straw. Making it literally undrinkable Refused to refund, remake or replace the drink (both the barista and the manager) just general rude and overrated place who clearly have no idea about customer service, the staff are clearly not trained including the so called “manager” and I really really don’t recommend matcha unless you like a to eat powder. Cheesecake was nice just bear in mind they will slather it in chocolate without you asking for it (it’s shown with no chocolate) and then make a face when you ask why they’ve done that. No wonder it’s always filled with students working and not actually eating anything Edited after response: Sorry but that is absolutely false. Do not lie on your Google reviews and behave a different way in person. No alternative was offered in fact your staff made a point to come outside and tell us “I asked and my manager and he said I can’t make you a different drink” despite the fact the drink was definitely faulty. And there was no brunch menu available. Your staff told us nothing was in stock. We definitely did not order avocado toast and cancel because guess what my husband tried to order the food and HE IS ALLERGIC TO AVOCADO😂 so why would he even try to order that in the first place. Lies. It’s honestly disgusting how you have tried to lie in a Google review instead of have some decent customer service. It proves the point of my initial review exactly, rubbish place and the owner clearly couldn’t care less. Yuck”
