“Our experience with Agdal Clinic was extremely painful and disappointing. We were initially given an appointment for urgent surgery, but it was later changed and eventually canceled because we were told the doctor had an emergency. Later, we came to understand that there may not have been space available in the operating schedule, which left us feeling misled and confused. After this, her condition worsened and she was admitted to the ICU. During this period, three different doctors gave us very different opinions regarding her condition, which made the situation even more difficult for our family. The doctor who was expected to perform the surgery never came to speak with us directly or explain what happened. Communication and transparency were very poor throughout the process. When she sadly passed away, we were told that her condition had been critical. As a family, we are left with many unanswered questions about the delays and decisions that were made. We are sharing this review because families deserve clear communication, honesty, and compassionate care during critical situations.”
