“I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply outstanding. Our stay at the View was perfect from start to finish. A special thank to Chaimae from PR, who made sure everything was arranged down to the smallest detail. Hafsa also deserves a big compliment for her warm hospitality. The housekeeping was impeccable, everything was always spotless and perfectly taken care of. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by the friendly staff who take care of your car and parking, which immediately gives you a sense of luxury and ease. Abdelfetah and Mohamed gave us great recommendations on places to visit. Truly kind and helpful! The hosts at breakfast were also incredibly attentive and made every morning enjoyable. We genuinely enjoyed every moment, every facility, and especially the cleanliness of the hotel. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was in one word: incredible! I will definitely be coming back! “a wonderful stay at The View Hotel in Rabat. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The food and beverage experience was outstanding, the spa was amazing, and the service was truly exceptional. Every request I made was handled quickly and efficiently, which made my stay even more comfortable. I initially planned to stay for just two days out of a ten-day trip, but I enjoyed the hotel so much that it became the highlight of my visit. The management team is highly professional and attentive. A special thanks to Zineb, the Revenue Manager, for her professionalism and support with my booking and room rates. I would also like to thank Ilyas from the F&B team, who ensured everything was always perfect with great attention to detail. Finally, my sincere appreciation goes to Mr. Hassan, the General Manager, whose leadership creates a warm, family-like atmosphere among the staff. I truly loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is conveniently located yet offers breathtaking panoramic views of Rabat. “Trying to meet with a hotel sales director or executive feels absurdly difficult for an industry supposedly built on hospitality and attracting customers. Basic meeting requests are treated like applications for an exclusive private club. Apparently, unless you arrive with a Fortune 500 logo or a massive budget, many hotels have little interest in engaging. The irony is that an industry constantly promoting relationships and personalized service often seems remarkably uninterested in initiating either. At times, one begins to wonder whether the “sales department” is still an operational function or merely a decorative title!”

“Just perfect! Amazing staff, very professional, with great service. The rooms are clean, with a beautiful view over the city (which explains the name “The View”). The bedding was my favourite part — I slept like a baby. And last but not least, the Cicchetti restaurant was the cherry on top: the most delicious Italian food, served by an amazing team of servers. The atmosphere is just as wonderful — it almost feels like a trip to Italy”

“I stayed at Hotel View in Rabat for a 3 weeks and had a really great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a calm atmosphere that makes it perfect for both short and long stays. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, always making sure everything was smooth and easy. My room was spacious, well cleaned every day, and the overall service was excellent throughout my stay. Room service was also Fantastic with great range of food and snacks The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the main areas of Rabat.
