Rabat Residence - Ocean Stay

“We did not understand the setup of this unit. There are three rooms but two of the bathrooms are located in the shared hallway. The attendant said that it is “private” but it is quite annoying to go out of the room to access the bathroom. The shower did not drain properly plus the room was not that clean. We liked the location so we stayed.”

“The most unwelcoming sight to Morocco possible. Given the wrong room which is just unacceptable and the rooms was horrific. Bedsheets were not clean and had hair all over it💀, bathroom had no toilet paper??? and on top of all that, I had the absolute unfortunate displeasure of speaking to the manager. Rudest person I have ever encountered, all he did was shout. How one man can say so much but so little at the same time is impressive. Think I’d rather sleep outside with the cats next time. Don’t stay here”

“I have beeen standing outside the door of the residence right now for the past 10 minutes. It is before the 11:30 curfew when the front desk is closed. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of money. I would highly recommend any tourist stay away from this place as it is a scam. Now I have to figure out where to spend the night. Edit: After calling Booking.com to dispute the refund policy, the owner called me back 45 minutes later (past the 11:30 curfew), telling me he could not refund me after pushing the blame on me. I called him and his assistant multiple times before and was left unanswered until now.”

“Very nice apartment in a good location. Great host. Very helpful..good housekeeping. The apartment does have everything you need for a short stay. Things to know. Toilet is separate from room. Payment is in cash that we didn't see before arrival. Great value in rabat area”

“This was our final room in Morocco. It was the perfect ending to our journey. The room was cozy, neat, and offered a view of the sea from the balcony. The host was a very polite young man. Would definitely check in again if I'm in Rabat next time.”

“Great host,really responsive and helpful. Was on top of our arrival,giving advice and even having the room ready earlier. Also helped us hugely with the boarding pass printing on challenging timing.The location is awesome too: by the sea, in a very quiet and well equipped quarter, if you like walking the cities it's 20-25 min walking distance from almost everywhere (kasbah des Oudayes, medina,train station,av.Mohammed V,...). The room was nicely decorated and has a shared terrace with nice views. Payment is cash.The toilet was right outside the room,but the shower is inside. Great option to stay in Rabat.”
