“This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had I was planning to buy a washing machine, but after waiting more than two weeks for approval I’m now in the third week with absolutely no update This level of delay is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization To make things worse when I decided to cancel I was told I had to write the cancellation request myself and then wait even longer for it to be processed That is not just inconvenient it’s ridiculous. The entire process is poorly managed unprofessional and a complete waste of time I will not be buying anything from Marjane again and I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them buying any machine
