“It was so good the first time we ate there, we had to go back. Friendly, warm staff, and meals cooked to order from scratch. Moroccan salad, tagine, harira, brochettes—everything was delicious. Beautiful, comfortable, and updated interior with indoor and outdoor seating. The place next door may have flashier signs but the food and service at Restaurant Castel are a better bet all around.”

“We were glad to find somewhere open to eat where we could get a seat considering it was Ramadan. We were welcomed and ordered a tajine each and water. The food was lovely but we were overcharged for the water, bread and fries when the bill was calculated. We were given no paper reciept and only realised as we left so just be wary of the final total if it seems high.”

“We visited Restaurant Castel twice in December while visiting Morocco and we were wowed by their service and food quality. I had the Castel salad one evening and the seafood pasta the other evening which - at 50 MAD each (€5 or $6.50 CAD) - are both a bargain and delicious! If you plan to visit Rabat, I 100% recommend eating there.”

“Visited here last 25th of Dec 2022. Was a very pleasant experience. Service was great and super hospitality. Food was delicious. Tried the salads and pizzas. Pizza took time but you could tell it was fresh and made with care. A place to relax and enjoy the moment. There is no hurry in Morocco so perfect to enjoy the food. Service and Ambiance.
