“I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. There is no ticketing system to manage the queue, and customers are asked to leave their ID cards with security to establish their place in line. I waited for approximately 30 minutes to exchange money, yet several people who arrived after me were served before I was. What was particularly frustrating was seeing a customer approach the teller, hand over money, and receive immediate attention while others who had been waiting were ignored. The lack of an organized queue and the apparent prioritization of certain customers created an unfair and unprofessional experience.”
