Ms. Somaya ( the owner) & her staff made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step. The steam room was incredibly relaxing, and the scrub—WOW!—they really took their time to exfoliate, leaving my skin feeling silky smooth and rejuvenated. The Hamam afterwards was the perfect amount of pressure, and I finished with delicious mint tea in their serene lounge. The best self-care day I've had in years, I will definitely be back!"”

“The hammam is beautiful but the staff lack of experience and attention. We paid for a VIP service and nothing was included. You have to buy your own scrubbing glove, bring your own slippers, beg for a toilet that never came, and bring your shampoo too ...! The staff doesn't care much about the clients. Book yourself elsewhere, where you will pay less than 40dh with the same service worth 250dh ! Very disappointed!”
