“I had a horrible experience at this resort. Me and my entire family came here to celebrate EId and Adha and we were really disappointed overall. Really the only good things about this place was the waiters in the restaurant because they were respectful and serviceable and the fact that the resort is located in front of the beach. Other than that it was horrible service overall. Our rooms didnt get cleaned our ENTIRE stay here even though we asked them multiple times for room service and they said they will send people and they never did. Our rooms had no soap and no shower gel. The safe had no battery. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Checking into the hotel took 2 hours because we kept waiting on baggage help because we have older family members who cant carry their own baggage. We ended up waiting for so long that we just asked for our room cards and took the baggage ourselves. The showers in the room had no curtains and after anyone showered the entire bathroom floor would be fully drenched due to the absence of a proper shower. And dont even get me started on the food. The food selection was horrible and not made with any quality whatsoever. The only decent thing i ate here was an omlette for breakfast and some turkey ham. Overall horrible room service and horrible food. Will not be coming here again.”

“Absolutely unacceptable. During dinner at the buffet, I found a fly inside my food. This is a serious hygiene issue and something that should never happen in a hotel claiming to offer quality service. Finding insects in a meal is not only disgusting but also raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food safety standards of this establishment. This experience completely ruined our dinner and destroyed our confidence in the hotel’s restaurant. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to improve hygiene and food handling procedures. Until then, I cannot recommend eating at this buffet.”

“We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, they even found my lost wedding ring which I am very grateful for. The resort is impeccably clean, and the food was both delicious and diverse, with generous meal windows that made dining very convenient. To top it off, our room had a stunning view of the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"”

“SO BAD, the receptionist are TERRIBLE . I tried to book next to my BEST FRIEND they said: oH wE couldn't NoT bOoK yOu GuyS Together. Like what i paid for my room next to my friend, yea i know the hotel is beautiful but the SERVICE IS SO BAD i seear NEVER COME HERE. Theres so many ppl waiting in line. THe cLeaNERs are cleaning. LIKE WHAT FOR 2 HOURS?!?!. We waited to get our room for 2 hours never come”

“Good staff and location close to beach, beautifull building. Towns nearby are not big, shopping malls seem very limited. Public space in the hotel is generally speaking clean, rooms, specially toilets need more attention in terms of cleaning and maintenance. Food variation is good, fruit is limited options. Weekends seem very crowded at least in our case, restaurant was then super crowded, during the week it was calmer and more relaxing. Internet wifi was also very slow during the weekend peak. There was a nice piano in the reception, pity that they had closed its key cover permanently with screws!”
