“I loved the service it’s very nice and very clean, I love the restaurant part whit there apple milk juice are delicious but the other thing that really makes the difference in my opinion was that it is very simple to use the same ingredients and it was a little more complex than I would have thought.”
“It's alright but could be improved in various ways. Positive: Spacious rooms. Reception staff is kind and helpful. Could be improved; food quality is honestly just poor, especially the paninis. Shower door did not close properly, causing the bathroom to be filled with water. You'd choose this hotel based on its location; nearby Fes but outside the city near nature. However, due to the poor food quality you still have to travel for each lunch and dinner.
“Outstanding service all around. The front desk staff were to a person polite and helpful, including meeting out-of-the-ordinary requests. The room was clean and everything worked. The staff in the coffee shop were also engaging and friendly. We were pleased and would come back again.”
“A truly wonderful experience! Beautiful place to stay and visit! Exceptional staff is always going above and beyond and happy to help! Great food! This place is amazing. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Highly recommend.”
“Didn't had hot water in the bathroom. Told them at the reception but it didn't bother them. Walls are very thin, you can hear every word spoken outside.”
“The hotel was beautiful. Well maintained, clean and a powerful step back in time.Everyone who greeted us was friendly and sincere. We felt like royalty. …”
