La Perle du Dades

“The place, the service, the food, the pool, the room, the amenities… I wish I could give them 6 stars. Jean Michele and the staff are more than welcoming, and they treated us exceptionally well in our stay. We had the 3 course meal in the restaurant which we really enjoyed, as both the food and the service of the waiters was out of this world. Special shout out to the beautiful Lili that both welcomed and saw us off! Lovely place which we will definitely return to play some more ping pong and watch some movies :)”

“We loved the atmosphere of this riad— very comfortable and warm with lovely grounds and very nice rooms. It is not luxurious but has all the necessities. The staff is lovely, especially Fatima, and dinner was delicious. Very nice for couples or families!”

“La Perle is a Kasbah in Morocco. What is a Kasbah. In days gone by, a Kasbah was a walled palace, community or town where people lived and worked within the fortified walls. Some of these Kasbahs have been restored and converted into accommodations. La Perle is one of those places. Rooms are very traditional and quaint but with the modern amenities like a heat pump in the rooms. So no worry about a cool Morrocan night or a hot Saharan day. They have a pool, games area, restaurant and gardens. Food was amazing and people were friendly. A great place to stay if you are headed to the Sahara for camel rides etc. One note of warning. I could not find anyone who spoke English here so unless you speak Arabic or French, install a translator app on your phone.”

“Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Perle (4 nights). The location is brilliant - the beginning of Dades valley between Skoura and Tinghir and close to Rose valley and Gorges du Dades. It is suitable to stay for some time and do daily excursions in the surrounding area due to its brilliant facilities such as: a big swimming pool, games area, pianos and cinema and/or just one night on the way to/from Sahara (around 250km from Merzouga). The rooms are spacious, with all expected amenities and a wonderful traditional Amazigh style. The owner and staff (young Mohammed and big Moha especially) are super friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this establishment!”
