“Unacceptable service, profiling, and poor excuses. Extremely disappointed with the hostile treatment here. The staff didn't want to give us a table because we are Moroccan, first assuming the prices would be "too high" for us, and then claiming they were "out of everything." It is deeply shameful for a business in Ouzoud to discriminate against local citizens in favor of foreign tourists using such obvious excuses. We will gladly take our money somewhere that actually respects its customers.”

“Disappointing Experience at Des Amis Restaurant – Ouzoud My experience at Des Amis Restaurant in Ouzoud was deeply disappointing. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. Some staff members appeared to judge customers based on their appearance and made assumptions about their ability to pay for their meals, which is disrespectful and unacceptable. I also noticed a difference in the way local customers and foreign visitors were treated. Foreign tourists seemed to receive more attention and better service, while local customers were not treated with the same level of respect and consideration. I encourage visitors and tourists planning to visit Ouzoud to take these observations into account, as the level of service provided by this restaurant falls short of the expectations associated with an establishment of its size and reputation. Fortunately, the area offers several other restaurants that provide a more welcoming atmosphere, better service, and a more professional dining experience.”

“Absolutely terrible experience at Des Amis in Ouzoud Waterfalls. We came to eat, and the staff told us to wait before placing our order. After making us waste our time for nothing, they suddenly told us there was no food left. This is beyond ridiculous and shows complete disrespect for customers. If there was no food available, they should have said so immediately instead of making people wait like fools. Extremely unprofessional, badly managed, and a total disappointment. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone.”
