“I want to Thank Abdelilah for the nice stay. He helped me when I had troubles booking via Agada and when I was ordering something special at the breakfast. I slept well, the room has heating its own shower and Toilet. Breakfast Standart is Crêpes I ordered an Omlette in addition. Delicious after a 5 days hike in Anti Atlas mountains.”

“Didn’t give me the room I booked. Empty receptions for almost all the time. No hot water for the first night and I have to run around to find the person who might be able to help. Very bad ac, TV no signal. Much different from how it seemed on booking. Just avoid. Many better options in the city. Update: I am very disappointed by this response from the hotel. I shared my genuine experience based on the issues I encountered, all of which are documented with Booking.com. Calling me a “shameful liar” and an “amateur traveler” is not a professional way to handle guest feedback. I hope the hotel will focus on addressing guest concerns more professionally in the future, rather than resorting to personal attacks.”
