“We came by bikes and stayed the night because the wind was blowing so hard, and we got a very warm welcome. The rooms are cozy and it’s a beautiful area. They are so helpful and nice, we really enjoyed our unplanned stay! The food is really good too! They even went out of their way to help plan transport further along the road past the storm. Thank you so much for all the help with everything! Definitely a highlight of our trip!”

“We had a lovely stay. We turned up in the afternoon and they allowed us to stay in our campervan in the carpark, we had omelette when we arrived, tagine for dinner and breakfast. Everything served with tea, water and oranges from the garden. It all tasted delicious. Very kind family and beautiful hotel. We paid 300MAD for 2 people with all of the above, amazing value.”

“Unique place to feel a different rhythm of life … we stayed three nights . Experienced the kindness and knowledge of people who have lived here all their lives . It’s a hostel type accommodation, perfect for adventures and to experience a slower pace of life . Abdou his cousin Ayoub in particular were fabulous hosts . We shared stories , heard music by the fireside and created many memories. The food is plentiful and delicious. A perfect location for cycle adventures or to arrive to experience a different way : pace of life”

“We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Auberge Sahnoun. We stayed there overnight during our walk in the Anti-Atlas mountains, exploring Ait Mansour and the surrounding areas. The hosts were super gracious, and the place was clean. I had the best vegetarian tagine there in all of Morocco. The accommodation is simple, similar to a hostel, but super charming. The garden was gorgeous; we spent the entire afternoon reading under the shade of the trees. It was also teeming with fruiting plants, and we ate oranges and pomegranates straight from the trees!”
