Windy Bay Restaurant

“Windy bay was a pleasant dining experience we had to book as uber busy! We turned up in the first night and they offered us a table albeit half hour wait or to book for the next day which we did. It was still really busy which is good. It is tight and your dining over the path from the restaurant which creates some nice entertainment watching all the people pass by. The tables are close it’s a vibrant dining experience and a wonderful memory it’s bustling let’s say not in a negative sense. Food was alright my son didn’t enjoy it so much as I believe its goats cheese on the pizzas so when his pizza taste buds are institutionalised this was chalk to what he anticipated. On the other hand was my T-bone steak didn’t disappoint throughly enjoyable. Food was quick once ordered arrived nice and hot. We were given bread with no butter and when we asked for some we’re told we would be charged extra for it which I didn’t experience anywhere else we have eaten ever come to think of it. Minor easily forgivable details… Windy Bay was a great place to eat serving nice food possibly the nicest I had in Taghazot.”

“One of the best corners around Taghazout to dine during sunset and relax after long day at the beach. It can be very crowded just about sunset so, better get here before all the surfers rush in. Despite service being unorganized and quite chaotic with well enough employees, it is a chill and cozy restaurant with tasty menu. Their seafood pizza and ginger orange smoothies are worth a try. I would wish there can be more fish options in the menu, however there were two options as daily fish. By the way, beware of the broken paves and walkways while walking to this far corner of the promenade.”

“The pizza was dry, cold, and lacked much flavour. 🍕 The octopus tajine was so salty that it was hard to eat. I had to combine it with pizza and a lot of bread to try to enjoy the octopus taste. 🐙 It was really crowded at lunch, but the wait for food was not long. 🕒 The orange and mango juice was amazing, just 40 dirhams. 🍊🥭 Location its just great, vibe is there, just maybe bad luck with kitchen today 😁”

“Tasty Food and a Fun Little Experience We had a great time at Windy Bay Restaurant. We had to wait about 20 minutes downstairs before being seated, but with the ocean view — and a cute dog having his dinner — it actually became a fun part of the experience. We even started calling it the “naughty spot.” Once seated, we ordered the chicken tagine and grilled fish, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The flavours were fresh and authentic, and the portions were just right. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall charm. A lovely, relaxed place with great food and a memorable little wait at the start! @eunikaway”

“The location of the restaurant is just outstanding. Worth waiting for a table by the beach when its busy. The pizza was nice, but the cookie dough was just out of this would, highly recommend. The service was fantastic and the staff were so much fun. Also the manager/host was amusing, thank you.”

“Lovely little bar over looking the beach with friendly staff , we arrived early for our reservation but were seated outside immediately and moved to sea view table as requested as soon as one was available. It was not a massive menu, but the pizza we had was fresh, as were the drinks . Great atmosphere didn't feel rushed or pushed to order more than we wanted . Staff were friendly and attentive. I did get confused with the money and ended up paying double the bill and still tipped, but that was an error on my part . Quaint place to grab a bite to eat chill . No sunset view sadly 😢”
