“Since we got at Hyatt before our spa appointment, the Asenfo staff kindly offered to store our belongings securely at the wellness center and for an extra we were offered complimentary access to the pool for the day, including lunch. After a brief consultation questionnaire, we were provided with everything we needed to start our couple’s hammam experience. We began by relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna, then moved on to the hammam itself, where we were served tea and nuts, and finished with an incredible massage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and discreet, always guiding us gently from one service to the next. You truly feel pampered and attentively cared for — they constantly check that the pressure and water temperature are exactly to your liking. If it’s your first time trying a hammam, I recommend either asking for an explanation of the steps or simply letting yourself be surprised by the flow of the experience. Either way, you’ll leave feeling deeply cleansed, refreshed, and reborn. The 50-minute massage was absolutely perfect. A special shoutout to the amazing professionals who took care of us: Zakiyya, Khadīja, Kawthar, and Jadīla (who gave me the massage). True experts who made the whole experience unforgettable!”

“We went to the SPA for Hammam. We were four and two could go at the same time and the others were waiting at the beautiful reception. They also offered to wait on the terrace with something to drink but it was very windy. The Hammam is so clean and the ambiance is very oriental and traditional Moroccan. The Hammam was with real steam and we could take our time, no rush for anything. Zakia, Khadija and Ghizlaine have given us an exceptional experience. We were in another SPA a week before which was half the price but seriously I was happier paying more in the Hyatt Spa and have the full Moroccan experience and be happy. The girls were SO great and nice, it was just wonderful. Thank you so much for having us!”
