“Very rude and unprofessional reception, she doesn't even understand what is an appointment, already the patient must come at 4 am to get the chance to register their name , and the person who does that is in the car literally waiting for patients like some kind of transport ticket and u wait outside ( raining or hot sun ) , after 4 hours the building's door opened and people re going to the " cabinet" ( f7al l7wala) the reception keep calling the names and asking people if it's there first time or not after noting few people ( and this people re not sure if they will actually see the doc or not bcz there re some old appointments ) after asking her to give us an appointment the reception doesn't even care and asks for repeating this sick story again and again , the reception doesn't understand how to take an appointment idk how she took that job , and i wonder how this doc doesn't even care abt it's patients and treating them like some type of subject or money sources , if u read this comments hope u start working with nobles and respect to the human race and not with a capitalism view (business) medicine is a very noble work and it's for those who wants to trafic in people.”

“السلام عليكم قريت تعاليق الناس و استغربت شوية حقا الطبيب أي نعم قليل الكلام ولكن ماشي معانتا مكيعطيش الوقت للمريض .رآه كيفليك مزيان أنا كنت كنسولوا بزاااف و ماكانش كيتعصب فحال بعض الأطباء بالعكس كيجاوبني و كيشرحلي بكل صبر زائد أنه استطع يشخصلي المرض ديالي واعطاني دواء الحمد لله فعال و جبرت عليه راحتي .مشكل المواعيد طبيب غير مادي كيخدم على قدر الجهد ديالو كيشد عشرين حالة في اليوم و الغونديفو ماشي على شهر .فقط خاصك تمشي مباشرة من بعد صلاة الفجر باش تقدر تكتب اسمك فلائحة عند حارس العمارة لأن الناس كثار . ملئ كتجي المساعدة كتدخل دوك الناس على حسب كل واحد و الرقم ديالو كل حاضي نوبتو.الطبيب كيبدا بكري مع التاسعة و النصف إلى تعطل العاشرة .ماشي فحال شي بعضين الطناش. المساعدة تعاملت معايا مزيان لأني مطلبتش شي حاجة خارجة عن قانون العيادة الداخلي لاحظتها هي كتحصل غير مع الناس لي كيجيوا فيتين الموعد أي لي فوق عشرين كيجيوا وكيبغيوا يدخلوا ولكن الطبيب صارم فهد النقطة عشرين في اليوم هادشي لي لاحظوا كل مرة مشيت العيادة كنت كنتعطل حتى الثلاثة ولا الخمسة دالعشية لأني دائما كنلحق على الأرقام الأخيرة 19 أو 18 ولكن لو كان مكيعطيش الوقت للناس عشرين شخصا كان غادي يساليها مع الطناش ديال النهار.هادي شهادتي شهادة حق لأن كل إنسان مسؤول غدا أمام الله عما يقول.”
